Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth and team cohesion. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting. Strong experience in configuring and customizing Workday Recruiting modules to meet diverse business requirements. Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications for application development. Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues within Workday Recruiting environments to maintain system integrity and performance. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions. Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday Recruiting. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15-year full time education is required.
