Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management. - Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions using modern frameworks. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues within integrated systems. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned technology solutions. - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
