The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure that the software meets specific business requirements. The engineer applies modern development frameworks and follows agile methodologies to build scalable and efficient solutions. Throughout the day, there is a focus on continuous enhancement of software performance and adaptability to evolving project needs, ensuring that the delivered products align with organizational goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software development activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kinaxis. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively. Familiarity with integration of custom software components within larger systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Kinaxis. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
