Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working with modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. In-depth knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management. Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration. Experience working within agile development environments and using version control systems. Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software applications for performance and scalability. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. This position is based at our Pune office. 15 years full time education is required.
