The role requires working with contemporary development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and adaptability are integral parts of the daily workflow. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Maintain and update documentation related to software design and development processes. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their growth. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize software components for enhanced performance. Familiarity with integration of manufacturing execution systems with other enterprise applications. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
