Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is an integral part of the daily routine to align software functionalities with organizational goals and user expectations. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. Strong understanding of IT service management processes and workflows. Experience in customizing and configuring ServiceNow modules to meet business needs. Ability to develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Familiarity with scripting languages and automation within the ServiceNow platform. Knowledge of agile software development practices and version control systems. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
