Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software capabilities and team productivity. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Communication Services. Good To Have Skills: Experience with AD Commercial Aerospace. Strong expertise in cloud-based communication platforms and services. Ability to design and implement scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions. Experience with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. Familiarity with software architecture principles and best practices for maintainability and performance. The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Communication Services. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
