Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability. Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools. Good communication skills to effectively work within diverse teams. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
