Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work. Must have skills : Japanese Language Good to have skills : NA Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your typical day will involve analyzing, designing, coding, and testing various components of application code for multiple clients. You will engage in maintenance and enhancement tasks, ensuring that the software meets the evolving needs of users. Collaboration with team members will be essential as you work to deliver high-quality solutions that align with client requirements and expectations. Your role will also include troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Assist in the documentation of application processes and updates. To work in 24/7 rotational shift environment. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language (JLPT N2 & above or equivalent) Strong understanding of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc). Familiarity with SAP reporting tools and analytics. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Japanese Language. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full time education is required. 24*7 Shift Support is required hence candidate should be willing to work in this shift schedule Qualification 15 years full time education
