Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire. Strong experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using TIBCO Spotfire. Ability to integrate TIBCO Spotfire with various data sources and platforms. Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing Spotfire applications for performance and usability. Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TIBCO Spotfire. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
