Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software components by adhering to coding standards and best practices. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability. Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Retail Supply Chain Management. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Experience with designing and implementing scalable software architectures. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Familiarity with integration of software components and third-party systems. Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions. onfigure and support SAP MM Retail processes, including: Procurement (PR, PO, scheduling agreements) Inventory Management Goods Receipt / Goods Issue Stock transfers & movements Handle retail-specific MM scenarios such as: Article-based procurement Store and distribution center (DC) operations Vendor and site extensions Retail Business Process Enablement Translate retail business requirements into SAP MM functional solutions Support business processes across: Merchandise procurement Store replenishment Stock corrections and adjustments Work closely with store operations, supply chain, and finance teams Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Supply Chain Management.
