Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software functionalities are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). Strong experience in data modeling, report creation, and dashboard development within business intelligence platforms. Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights through visualizations. Familiarity with integrating data from multiple sources to build comprehensive business intelligence solutions. Experience in optimizing performance of business intelligence reports and data queries. Capability to work collaboratively in agile environments and adapt to evolving project requirements. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location. A 15 years full time education is required.
