Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize solutions is a key part of daily activities, fostering a dynamic and solution-oriented work environment. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of application components. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their development. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Strong understanding of application design and configuration principles within ServiceNow IT Operations Management. Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to IT operations applications. Ability to customize and extend ServiceNow IT Operations Management modules to meet business requirements. Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs relevant to ServiceNow IT Operations Management. The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management.
