Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing. Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to enhance overall team performance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts to ensure software quality and reliability. Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues effectively within automated testing frameworks. Familiarity with integrating automated tests into continuous integration and deployment pipelines. Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with development and quality assurance teams. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
