Throughout the day, the engineer focuses on refining code, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to the overall improvement of software products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. Experience in designing and implementing custom software solutions using modern programming frameworks. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless communication between systems. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient and maintainable code. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
