About the role
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer Project, your role involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas). - Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate. - Develop conversational experiences and intelligent bots using Copilot Studio. - Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions. - Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards. - Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions. Qualification Required: - Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio. - Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services. - Experience with custom connectors, Power FX, and integration with REST APIs. - Familiarity with Azure DevOps ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Decent communication and good problem-solving skills. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a 15 years full-time education background. Good to have skills include Microsoft Robotic Process Automation and Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure.
