OverviewCustom Software Engineer Project Role: Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Required skills: SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Educational qualification: Minimum 15 years of full-time education. Roles & ResponsibilitiesExpected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.Responsible for team decisions.Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.Lead the planning and execution of development tasks to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.Coordinate with stakeholders to align software solutions with business objectives.Professional & Technical SkillsProficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.Strong knowledge of SAP modules integration and enhancement techniques.Ability to work with agile development frameworks and continuous integration processes.Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging in SAP ABAP systems.Additional InformationMinimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.Position based at Bhubaneswar office.Minimum 15 years of full-time education required.
