The role requires working closely with different teams to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient applications. The engineer applies modern development methodologies and frameworks to meet evolving business requirements, continuously improving software performance and functionality. Collaboration and problem-solving are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that solutions align with organizational goals and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project objectives and resolve technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll. - Strong knowledge of payroll processing and configuration within SAP HCM environments. - Experience in customizing payroll components to meet specific organizational requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration of payroll modules with other SAP components and external systems. - Understanding of regulatory compliance and data security considerations in payroll processing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
