Must have skills : DevOps Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to manage and scale our cloud infrastructure using AWS and Terraform. The role requires working with contemporary frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with different teams and continuous enhancement of software elements are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and responsiveness to evolving project demands. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. - Design, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure using Terraform - Collaborate with development teams on infrastructure requirements and Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot cloud resources. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines also Experience with Git version control and GitLab - Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools with Understanding of networking, security, and cloud architecture. - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies with Scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar). - Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability. - Understanding of cloud platforms and their deployment models. - Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices. - Ability to Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows. - Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5+ years experience with AWS services (S3, VPC, IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, Dynamo DB, serverless technologies stack from AWS) with experience in DevOps. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
