This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards. Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software delivery with business priorities. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Mendix. Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns. Experience in managing end-to-end software development lifecycles. Ability to ensure code quality, scalability, and performance in custom software solutions. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions. Capability to lead and collaborate with diverse technical teams. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Siemens Mendix. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
