This role requires guiding and mentoring teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands a focus on aligning technical solutions with organizational goals, ensuring that the software is robust, scalable, and performs efficiently. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Lead the development and implementation of software architecture to meet project requirements. Facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development within the team to foster growth. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software solutions seamlessly. Support junior team members by providing guidance and technical assistance. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies. Strong understanding of software architecture principles and best practices. Ability to design scalable and high-performance cloud-based applications. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools within cloud environments. Knowledge of security standards and compliance in cloud solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This position is based at our Pune office.
