This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and delivery efficiency. Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical excellence. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps. Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation tools. Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and reliability. Familiarity with cloud platforms and container orchestration technologies. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in DevOps. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
