This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role includes overseeing the scalability and performance of solutions to align with organizational goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to deliver impactful results. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards. Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Standard Edition. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot, Apache Administration, AWS Administration. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience in developing scalable and high-performance applications. Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Standard Edition. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
