This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the broader business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of project progress are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and technical excellence. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives. Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft ASP.NET. Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development. Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. Ability to evaluate and implement scalable and high-performance software solutions. Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient technical solutions. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft ASP.NET.
