This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role includes continuous evaluation of code quality, scalability, and system performance to align with evolving business goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to maintain a cohesive and efficient development environment is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and technical excellence throughout the project delivery process. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and product quality. Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. Monitor project progress and provide timely feedback to ensure adherence to technical standards and deadlines. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in API Testing, Playwright. Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and testing methodologies. Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts for APIs. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues effectively. Familiarity with performance testing and ensuring system reliability under various conditions. Skilled in integrating testing frameworks within continuous integration and deployment pipelines. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in API Testing. This position is based at our Gurugram office. A 15 years full time education is required.
