Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that support business objectives. Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Architectural Design. Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. Experience with system integration and ensuring interoperability across diverse platforms. Ability to evaluate and select appropriate technologies and tools to meet project requirements. Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring high availability of software solutions. Competence in guiding teams through complex technical challenges and architectural decisions. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Architectural Design.
