This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with the broader business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to meet project objectives effectively. Roles Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software components. Professional Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in managing and optimizing performance, scalability, and security of custom software solutions. - Ability to lead technical discussions and provide clear guidance on complex software development challenges. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP with other enterprise systems. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain high-quality software delivery. - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
