This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The lead ensures that development practices meet organizational goals, focusing on creating scalable and high-performing solutions. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business needs is a key aspect, alongside maintaining standards that promote code quality and efficient workflows. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps. Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment pipelines. Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable software architectures. Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
