This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with evolving business goals, while fostering an environment that supports scalability and optimal performance. Collaboration and leadership are central to managing the complexities of software engineering initiatives and driving successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain high-quality deliverables. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP environments. Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective solutions. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and services to support enterprise integration. Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. This position is based at our Mumbai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
