Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project outcomes. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM. Strong expertise in data integration and master data management principles. Experience in designing scalable and high-performance software architectures. Ability to lead technical discussions and provide strategic direction for software development. Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and quality assurance practices. Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and delivering effective solutions. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Informatica MDM.
