Roles Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and system performance. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the software development process to enhance efficiency and product quality.
