This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of software solutions with evolving business goals, while fostering an environment that promotes innovation, quality, and efficient delivery. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring that the solutions are scalable and perform optimally in dynamic settings. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and delivery timelines. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. Good To Have Skills: : Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and front-end development best practices. Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within cloud environments. Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions. Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
