This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance overall team capabilities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and project execution. Experience designing and implementing decentralized applications (dApps) Strong skills in smart contract development Hands-on knowledge of distributed ledger technologies (DLT) Solid understanding of cryptography fundamentals Familiarity with consensus mechanisms Focus on building secure, scalable, on-chain solutions Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Blockchain Technology. Strong understanding of distributed ledger concepts and consensus mechanisms. Experience with smart contract development and deployment. Familiarity with cryptographic principles and security best practices in blockchain environments. Ability to design scalable and high-performance blockchain-based applications. Knowledge of integration techniques between blockchain platforms and existing enterprise systems.
