The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components. Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: - Proficiency in SAP BTP Datasphere. Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to custom software development. Experience in managing and leading software engineering teams through complex project deliveries. Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms and integration techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and sustainable solutions. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Datasphere. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
