This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of processes to support successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency. - Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Experience in designing scalable software architectures and leading technical teams. - Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices. - Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide effective solutions. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. - Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP EWM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
