This role demands continuous collaboration with different teams to optimize data workflows and support organizational data needs effectively. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business objectives. Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of data strategies with organizational goals. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. Experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and workflows using modern data engineering tools. Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices for data quality assurance. Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions to support scalable architectures. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues efficiently. Understanding of data governance and security principles to maintain compliance and protect sensitive information. The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
