Collaboration with different teams to deploy data solutions and optimize data handling is a key part of daily activities, contributing to the overall data infrastructure and operational success. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines to support business needs. Monitor and optimize data workflows to ensure high performance and reliability. Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and understanding of data engineering practices. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and data integration strategies. Experience with data quality assurance and validation techniques. Familiarity with database management systems and data warehousing concepts. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex data processing issues. Understanding of data governance and compliance standards. The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
