Job Description: As a Data Insights & Visualization Practitioner, your role involves creating interactive interfaces to facilitate the understanding, interpretation, and communication of complex data and insights. You will be responsible for wrangling, analyzing, and preparing data to ensure the delivery of relevant, consistent, timely, and actionable insights. Leveraging modern business intelligence tools and storytelling techniques, you will develop interactive dashboards, reports, and utilize AI-powered capabilities to enhance the dialog with data, thereby improving the overall data experience for users. Key Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and collaborate with and manage the team effectively. - Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams. - Offer solutions to problems within your immediate team and other teams. - Conduct training sessions to enhance team members' understanding of data visualization tools and techniques. - Develop and maintain documentation for processes and best practices related to data insights and visualization. Qualifications Required: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. - Strong understanding of data wrangling techniques for data preparation. - Experience in utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to enhance data insights. - Familiarity with storytelling principles to effectively communicate data findings.
