Ensure teams are delivering engineering solutions on time, at the right quality and cost. Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects. Must have skills : Aircraft Structures Good to have skills : Aircraft Design, Aircraft Structural Analysis Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating innovative technical solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The position demands overseeing project timelines, quality standards, and cost management while mobilizing resources effectively to ensure successful delivery of engineering and construction initiatives. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering a cohesive environment to meet business objectives efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of engineering projects. Mentor and support junior engineers to foster professional growth and skill development. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and project outcomes. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structures. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Aircraft Design, Aircraft Structural Analysis. Strong knowledge of structural integrity assessment and stress analysis techniques. Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards and regulatory requirements. Experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering projects and teams. Familiarity with engineering software tools used for structural modeling and analysis. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aircraft Structures. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
