This role requires actively engaging in the development lifecycle to create innovative solutions that enhance client services. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end components. Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to enhance system performance and user experience. Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on development best practices. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. Experience with backend development using Java and related frameworks. Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment. Understanding of agile development processes and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full technology stack. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
