Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide L1 L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support. Must have skills : Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design Good to have skills : Infrastructure Service Management Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, a typical day involves delivering continuous technical assistance and upkeep for both production and development environments. This role requires managing support activities for configured services across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth operation within established processes. The practitioner addresses hardware and software issues at the operating system level, covering servers, networks, and specific software solutions. Tasks include performing first and second level troubleshooting, both remotely and onsite, to maintain system reliability and support business continuity. Collaboration with various teams to uphold service standards is a key aspect of daily responsibilities. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Coordinate with cross-functional groups to ensure timely resolution of technical issues. Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimize operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design. Good To Have Skills: Experience with Infrastructure Service Management. Strong understanding of system administration and support processes across various operating systems. Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues at multiple levels, including network and server components. Familiarity with incident management and change management within a structured operating model. Competence in coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical challenges. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Knowledge Management Administrative Process Design. This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
