About the role
Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner Project Role Description : Provide L1L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support. Must have skills : AI Agents Workflow Integration Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Builds and operationalizes agentic AI use cases that reduce toil and improve SRE outcomes. Translates architecture into working Copilot agents, AI workflows, and integrations used by operations teams. Key responsibilities Develop Copilot Studio agents for incident, change, and ops workflows Implement RAG based intelligence using enterprise data sources Integrate agents with ServiceNow, monitoring, and automation tools Test, harden, and deploy agents into production environments Add telemetry, guardrails, and fallback logic for reliability Required skills Copilot Studio (topics, actions, connectors, tool invocation) Microsoft Foundry / Azure AI (LLMs, RAG, embeddings) Prompt engineering agent behavior tuning Python for backend logic and integrations REST APIs, JSON, authentication patterns ServiceNow APIs and workflow awareness CI/CD basics, logging, monitoring, and failure handling The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in AI Agents Workflow Integration.
