About the role
Role Overview: As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, your main responsibility will be to provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products. You will work on both remote and onsite tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware and software systems across various platforms. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while following established operating models and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independently and strive to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate in team discussions and contribute to providing solutions for work-related problems. - Assist in implementing technology at the operating system level for server and network areas. - Engage in basic and intermediate level troubleshooting for hardware and software support. Qualifications Required: - Must have skills in Site Reliability Engineering. - Good to have skills in Cloud Automation DevOps. - Strong understanding of system monitoring and performance tuning. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution processes. - Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks. Company Details: This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering and is based at the company's Hyderabad office. A 15 years full-time education is also required for this role.
