This role requires understanding client requirements deeply and translating them into practical business and technology strategies. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and value delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the evaluation and adoption of integration best practices to enhance project outcomes. Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of integration solutions with overall business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. Experience in RAP, CAP, fiori development Strong experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud platforms. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and middleware technologies. Competence in troubleshooting integration issues and optimizing system performance. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. This position is based at our Pune office. A 15 years full time education is required.
