This role requires understanding client needs thoroughly and translating them into practical technology and business solutions. The Integration Engineer leads discussions around transformation initiatives and customer journey improvements, while collaborating on functional and application design to ensure that the solutions align with business objectives. The position demands active involvement in shaping effective integration strategies that support client goals and enhance overall system performance. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the evaluation and implementation of integration approaches to meet client requirements. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment. Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies. Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end integration solutions. Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. Familiarity with API management and web services. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions. The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
