Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of technical strategies with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 3D Modeling. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unity Programming, Nvidia Omniverse. - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to 3D environments. - Experience in optimizing 3D models for performance and scalability in custom software applications. - Ability to integrate 3D modeling workflows with software development pipelines. - Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting complex 3D rendering and modeling issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in 3D Modeling. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
