About the role
Role Overview: As a Test Automation Lead, you will lead the transformation of testing practices into a continuous and efficient quality engineering function. Your focus will be on integrating quality processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance control, accuracy, and integrity. You will drive the evolution of testing approaches towards automation and innovative solutions to improve predictive and intelligent testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME). - Actively participate and contribute to team discussions. - Provide solutions to work-related problems. - Lead initiatives to enhance testing processes and implement best practices. - Mentor and support junior team members to improve their skills. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals. - Continuously evaluate and adopt new testing tools and technologies for automation optimization. Qualifications Required: - Must have skills in ServiceNow. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing automated test frameworks. - Experience with scripting and programming languages for test automation. - Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective test cases. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines. Company Details (if any): - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at the Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
