This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The individual sets and maintains platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration across various teams and stakeholders is a key part of the daily routine to drive the evolution of the solution in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and efficiency. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis and SQL Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Experience in managing software configuration, integration, and release processes within packaged or software as a service environments. Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that ensure system stability and performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Problem-solving aptitude to address challenges across multiple teams and deliver effective solutions. Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. This position is based at our Hyderabad office. A 15 years full time education is required.
