This position requires providing strategic guidance and technical leadership to drive quality engineering initiatives, collaborating closely with various teams to align testing architectures with organizational goals and project requirements. Roles Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. Lead efforts to identify and integrate new testing technologies and methodologies to enhance quality assurance processes. Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality engineering strategies with overall project objectives. Professional Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HANA DB Administration. Experience in managing database performance, tuning, and troubleshooting within SAP HANA environments. Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, and security best practices. Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable database solutions to support enterprise applications. Familiarity with monitoring tools and automation techniques to optimize database administration tasks. The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration.
