This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset are essential to deliver reliable and efficient application solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance. - Document application configurations and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of materials management processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules to align with business needs. - Ability to analyze and optimize supply chain and inventory management workflows. - Familiarity with data migration and system integration techniques related to SAP MM. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within SAP MM applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required. .
